Terms of Service

OmniDesk is owned and operated by Omni-Plus Technologies ("we", "us"). These terms apply to your use of OmniDesk, including omni-desk.me, app.omni-desk.me and company workspace addresses that run on OmniDesk. By signing in or using the service, you agree to them. If you use OmniDesk for a company, you agree on behalf of that company.
The service
OmniDesk is a workspace for teams with tasks, chat, documents, automations, an AI assistant, and email and WhatsApp notifications. Features depend on your company's plan. We improve the service over time and may change or retire features, but we won't remove core features your company relies on without reasonable notice.
Accounts
- Workspaces are created for companies, and a company's admins invite and manage its people.
- Keep your password private and tell your admin or us right away if you think your account has been misused.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Don't use OmniDesk to:
- break the law or infringe other people's rights;
- send spam or messages people haven't agreed to receive, including on WhatsApp;
- upload malware or try to access accounts, data or systems you aren't allowed to;
- overload, probe or disrupt the service, or get around its limits or security;
- harass, threaten or harm anyone.
We may suspend accounts or workspaces that break these rules, and will tell the company when we can.
Your content
Your company owns the content it puts into OmniDesk. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
WhatsApp and email
Companies that use WhatsApp or email notifications must only send them to people who expect them, and must follow WhatsApp's business and messaging policies. Plans may include a monthly WhatsApp message limit.
AI assistant
Answers from the AI assistant are generated automatically and can be wrong. Check important information before relying on it. The assistant only acts within what your account is allowed to do.
Plans and payment
Your company's plan, price, seats and limits are agreed with your company. If payment is overdue, we may limit the workspace after giving notice.
Availability
We work to keep OmniDesk available and backed up every day, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, OmniDesk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your company paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
Ending the service
Your company can stop using OmniDesk at any time. We can end the service for a company that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. When a workspace closes, the company can ask for an export of its content before it is deleted.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and for important changes we will let company admins know in advance. Continuing to use OmniDesk after changes take effect means you accept them.

الخدمة
أومني ديسك مساحة عمل للفرق تشمل المهام والمحادثات والمستندات والأتمتة ومساعدًا ذكيًا وتنبيهات عبر البريد وواتساب. تعتمد المزايا على باقة شركتك. نطوّر الخدمة باستمرار وقد نغيّر بعض المزايا أو نوقفها، لكننا لن نزيل مزايا أساسية تعتمد عليها شركتك دون إشعار معقول.
الحسابات
- تُنشأ مساحات العمل للشركات، ويدعو مسؤولو الشركة موظفيها ويديرونهم.
- حافظ على سرية كلمة مرورك، وأبلغ مسؤولك أو أبلغنا فورًا إذا اشتبهت في إساءة استخدام حسابك.
- أنت مسؤول عمّا يحدث من خلال حسابك.
الاستخدام المقبول
لا تستخدم أومني ديسك من أجل:
- مخالفة القانون أو التعدّي على حقوق الآخرين؛
- إرسال رسائل مزعجة أو رسائل لم يوافق الناس على استلامها، بما في ذلك عبر واتساب؛
- رفع برمجيات ضارة أو محاولة الوصول إلى حسابات أو بيانات أو أنظمة غير مصرّح لك بها؛
- إثقال الخدمة أو فحصها أو تعطيلها، أو التحايل على حدودها أو حمايتها؛
- مضايقة أي شخص أو تهديده أو إيذائه.
قد نعلّق الحسابات أو مساحات العمل التي تخالف هذه القواعد، وسنُعلم الشركة متى أمكن.
محتواك
تملك شركتك المحتوى الذي تضيفه إلى أومني ديسك. وتمنحنا الإذن بتخزينه ومعالجته وعرضه بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة فقط. توضّح سياسة الخصوصية كيف نتعامل معه.
واتساب والبريد الإلكتروني
على الشركات التي تستخدم تنبيهات واتساب أو البريد أن ترسلها فقط لمن يتوقّع استلامها، وأن تلتزم بسياسات واتساب للأعمال والمراسلة. وقد تتضمن الباقات حدًا شهريًا لرسائل واتساب.
المساعد الذكي
إجابات المساعد الذكي تُولَّد آليًا وقد تكون خاطئة. تحقّق من المعلومات المهمة قبل الاعتماد عليها. ولا يتصرّف المساعد إلا في حدود ما يُسمح لحسابك به.
الباقات والدفع
يتم الاتفاق مع شركتك على باقتها وسعرها وعدد المقاعد والحدود. وإذا تأخّر الدفع، قد نقيّد مساحة العمل بعد إرسال إشعار.
التوفّر
نعمل على إبقاء أومني ديسك متاحًا ونأخذ نسخة احتياطية يوميًا، لكن الخدمة تُقدَّم "كما هي" وقد تنقطع أحيانًا للصيانة أو لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا.
المسؤولية
في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا يتحمّل أومني ديسك المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، مثل خسارة الأرباح أو البيانات، وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة على المبلغ الذي دفعته شركتك مقابل الخدمة خلال الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة للمطالبة.
إنهاء الخدمة
يمكن لشركتك التوقّف عن استخدام أومني ديسك في أي وقت. ويمكننا إنهاء الخدمة لشركة تخالف هذه الشروط مخالفة جسيمة أو متكرّرة. وعند إغلاق مساحة العمل، يمكن للشركة طلب نسخة من محتواها قبل حذفه.
التغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. سنغيّر التاريخ أعلاه، وفي التغييرات المهمة سنُعلم مسؤولي الشركات مسبقًا. واستمرارك في استخدام أومني ديسك بعد سريان التغييرات يعني قبولك لها.
